Welcome to PLACIFY, an online Real IT Job Training and career-development platform operated by FLYinLIT Networks Private Limited.

By registering for, accessing, or using the PLACIFY website, mobile application, training programs, services, content, or related facilities, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not register for or use PLACIFY.

01 — About Placify

PLACIFY is an online industry-focused IT training platform designed to provide practical, job-oriented training and career preparation. PLACIFY is designed around:

• Real Job Training
• Industry-oriented learning
• Domain-specific IT training
• Trainer-led video and live training
• Practical projects
• Interview preparation
• Assessments
• Career and placement preparation
• Optional industrial exposure

PLACIFY is not intended to operate as traditional college coaching. Its training methodology is focused on practical and employment-oriented IT skills.

02 — Operator

PLACIFY is operated by FLYinLIT Networks Private Limited. PLACIFY is a brand/platform operated by FLYinLIT Networks Private Limited.

The company may modify, expand, or introduce services under the PLACIFY platform from time to time.

03 — Eligibility

Students must provide accurate and truthful information while registering. The information provided may include:

• Name
• Mobile number
• Email address
• Educational information
• Training-related information
• Identification or verification information where required
• Placement-related information

Students are responsible for ensuring that the information provided to PLACIFY is accurate and up to date.

PLACIFY may request verification documents where reasonably necessary for training, certification, identity verification, or placement purposes.

04 — Placify account

Each student must maintain their own PLACIFY account. Students must not:

• Share their login credentials with another person
• Allow another person to use their account
• Sell or transfer their account
• Create fraudulent accounts
• Attempt to access another student's account

The student is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. If unauthorized access is suspected, the student must notify PLACIFY.

05 — Six-month online real job training

PLACIFY training is generally structured as a 6-month online training program. The training structure may include:

Monday to Friday

Trainer-provided videos and notes may be made available through the PLACIFY platform. Students may access the available learning materials according to the platform's access schedule and learn at a convenient time.

Saturday live training

Students may participate in a weekly live session with their trainer. Available session windows may include:

• 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

PLACIFY may modify trainers, schedules, or delivery methods when reasonably necessary.

Sunday

Sunday is generally treated as the weekly training break.

06 — Domain selection

Students may select an available IT domain offered by PLACIFY. Available domains may change based on PLACIFY's training programs and industry requirements. Domain changes may be subject to:

• Availability
• Training progress
• Program rules
• Administrative approval
• Additional fees, where applicable

Students should select their domain carefully before beginning training.

07 — Trainers

PLACIFY may provide training through experienced IT professionals, industry employees, domain trainers, or other qualified trainers. Trainer availability may vary.

PLACIFY may replace, reassign, or change a trainer when necessary due to:

• Availability
• Employment changes
• Scheduling issues
• Performance considerations
• Business requirements
• Other operational reasons

A trainer's personal opinions or statements do not necessarily represent the official position of PLACIFY or FLYinLIT Networks Private Limited.

08 — Training content

PLACIFY may provide:

• Trainer videos
• Notes
• Practical exercises
• Projects
• Assessments
• Interview questions
• Interview preparation material
• Industry-oriented learning material
• Other career-development resources

Training content may be updated, modified, replaced, or improved during the program to reflect changes in technology, industry practices, or PLACIFY's training methodology.

09 — Industry-oriented training

PLACIFY aims to design its training around real-world IT job requirements and industry expectations. Interview preparation and training materials may be developed using:

• Industry requirements
• Common recruitment practices
• Publicly available interview patterns
• Trainer experience
• Real-world workplace practices
• Commonly observed technical and HR interview topics

Unless expressly stated in writing, PLACIFY does not represent that any particular company has officially approved, supplied, or endorsed PLACIFY's syllabus or interview questions.

10 — Projects

Students may receive monthly projects or practical assignments. Projects may be:

• Individual or team-based
• Trainer-guided
• Domain-specific
• Based on practical workplace scenarios

Students are expected to complete projects honestly and within the required timelines. Submitting another person's work as one's own may result in disciplinary action.

11 — Interview preparation

PLACIFY may provide weekly interview questions, assessments, mock interviews, interview preparation material, or other career-preparation activities. These activities are intended to improve interview readiness.

PLACIFY does not guarantee that a student will successfully pass every interview. Final recruitment decisions are made by the respective recruiting company or employer.

12 — Trainer communication

Where available, students may communicate with their trainer through PLACIFY-approved communication channels, including chat and call facilities. Trainer communication should remain related to:

• Training
• Projects
• Assessments
• Technical doubts
• Career preparation
• Interview preparation

Students must not:

• Harass trainers
• Use abusive language
• Make inappropriate requests
• Demand private contact details
• Make unauthorized payments to trainers
• Enter into undisclosed financial arrangements with trainers
• Misuse trainer information

PLACIFY may restrict communication facilities in cases of misuse.

13 — Industrial visit

PLACIFY may provide an optional industrial visit during or around the third month of training. Possible locations may include Bengaluru, Chennai and Coimbatore.

Industrial visits are subject to:

• Availability
• Company/venue approval
• Student registration
• Schedule
• Applicable charges
• Safety requirements

14 — Training completion certificate

Students who successfully satisfy the applicable PLACIFY training requirements may receive a PLACIFY Training Completion Certificate. Certificate eligibility may depend on factors including:

• Completion of the required training period
• Required projects
• Required assessments
• Required participation
• Compliance with PLACIFY policies
• Completion of applicable payment obligations

A PLACIFY Training Completion Certificate confirms completion of the applicable PLACIFY training program. Unless separately stated in writing, it does not represent a university degree, a government qualification, or a professional license.

15 — Placement

PLACIFY is designed to provide a pathway from training to placement opportunities. However, completion of PLACIFY training does not automatically guarantee employment.

Placement opportunities may depend on:

• Successful completion of training
• PLACIFY placement eligibility criteria
• Skill level
• Assessments
• Projects
• Interview performance
• Communication skills
• Employer requirements
• Educational eligibility
• Job availability
• Location requirements
• Salary expectations
• Background verification
• Company recruitment decisions

PLACIFY may connect eligible students with available recruitment opportunities. The final decision to hire a student belongs to the recruiting company.

16 — Placement eligibility

Students may become eligible to participate in PLACIFY's placement process after completing the applicable training requirements and satisfying PLACIFY's placement criteria. PLACIFY may establish or modify placement eligibility requirements based on:

• Training performance
• Assessments
• Projects
• Attendance and participation
• Interview readiness
• Professional conduct
• Employer requirements

17 — Employer information

PLACIFY may provide students with information about companies, vacancies, recruitment opportunities, or interviews. Company requirements, job descriptions, compensation, location, eligibility criteria, and recruitment processes may vary.

PLACIFY does not control an employer's final recruitment decision.

18 — Fees and payments

All applicable training fees, maintenance charges, placement-related charges, taxes, or other charges will be displayed or communicated to the student before payment. Students are responsible for completing payments according to the applicable payment schedule.

Payments must be made only through PLACIFY-approved payment channels. Students should not make payments to trainers, employees, agents, or third parties unless expressly authorized by PLACIFY.

19 — Refund and cancellation

Refund eligibility will be governed by PLACIFY's separate Refund & Cancellation Policy applicable to the specific program purchased by the student. The applicable refund terms will be communicated before or at the time of purchase.

Refund eligibility may depend on:

• Date of request
• Training access already provided
• Content already consumed
• Live sessions attended
• Services already delivered
• Applicable program terms
• Applicable law

20 — Intellectual property

All PLACIFY materials, including but not limited to videos, notes, PDFs, training material, assessments, projects, interview preparation material, website content, application design, logos, branding, software, text and graphics are owned by, developed for, or licensed to FLYinLIT Networks Private Limited or its applicable licensors.

Students receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the training content for their own educational purposes. Students must not copy, sell, reproduce, redistribute, upload, publish, commercialize, share publicly, sell access to, or make unauthorized recordings of PLACIFY content.

21 — Account and content misuse

PLACIFY may suspend or terminate an account if a student:

• Shares account credentials
• Distributes PLACIFY content
• Attempts to bypass security
• Uses fraudulent information
• Cheats in assessments
• Harasses trainers or students
• Misuses the platform
• Attempts unauthorized access
• Engages in illegal activity
• Violates these Terms

Where appropriate, PLACIFY may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the violation.

22 — Platform availability

PLACIFY aims to provide continuous access to its platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

• Maintenance
• Server problems
• Internet failures
• Third-party service failures
• Cybersecurity incidents
• Technical issues
• Government restrictions
• Force majeure events

PLACIFY will make reasonable efforts to restore services.

23 — Third-party services

PLACIFY may use third-party services for payments, hosting, authentication, messaging, video delivery, notifications, analytics, communication and other technical services.

The use of such services may be subject to the respective third party's terms and policies.

24 — Privacy

PLACIFY may collect and process personal information required to provide its services, operate the platform, communicate with students, conduct training, process payments, provide certificates, and facilitate eligible placement opportunities.

Personal information will be handled according to the PLACIFY Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws. PLACIFY's privacy practices should be read together with its Privacy Policy.

25 — Student responsibilities

Students are responsible for:

• Attending and participating in training
• Completing projects
• Completing assessments
• Maintaining professional conduct
• Protecting account credentials
• Providing accurate information
• Following trainer instructions
• Following platform rules
• Maintaining suitable internet and device access for online learning
• Participating in placement activities when eligible

26 — No guarantee of results

PLACIFY provides training and career-development services. Individual outcomes may differ. PLACIFY does not guarantee:

• A particular salary
• A particular job title
• Employment with a particular company
• A particular number of interview opportunities
• Selection in an interview
• A particular placement timeline
• A particular career outcome

PLACIFY's purpose is to improve students' practical skills, job readiness, and access to eligible opportunities.

27 — Communication and notices

PLACIFY may communicate with students through app notifications, email, SMS, WhatsApp or other approved communication channels, phone calls and website notices.

Students are responsible for maintaining an active mobile number and email address.

28 — Changes to services

PLACIFY may modify training schedules, trainers, course content, domains, features, live-session timings, platform functionality, assessment formats and project formats where reasonably necessary to improve the service or respond to operational or industry requirements.

Material changes to contractual terms will be communicated as required by applicable law.

29 — Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India. Any dispute shall be handled through the applicable legal and dispute-resolution mechanisms available under Indian law.

The appropriate jurisdiction and dispute-resolution mechanism should be finalized by FLYinLIT Networks Private Limited with its legal counsel based on the company's registered office and applicable law.

30 — Grievance and customer support

Students may contact PLACIFY regarding training issues, payment issues, account issues, trainer issues, refund requests, certificate issues, placement-related concerns, privacy concerns and other service-related complaints.

PLACIFY will establish an appropriate complaint-handling process in accordance with applicable law.

31 — Acceptance

By registering for PLACIFY, purchasing a PLACIFY program, accessing the PLACIFY application, or using PLACIFY services, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable PLACIFY policies.

If the student does not agree to these Terms, they should not use the PLACIFY services.

Placement opportunities depend on student eligibility, performance, employer requirements, available vacancies, interview performance, and the independent recruitment decisions of employers.
